COLORADO'S MISTRESS OF KUNDALINI
Wondering how you can meet the moment(s) of 2026 and be part of rebuilding a new world order that centers nurturing love?
I am surrounded by people who are wise enough to slow down, courageous enough to be curious, vulnerable enough to unlearn, and determined to reshape reality by being the change.
When we come together, we see each other as capable, lovable, and perfect exactly as we are, which creates a nurturing atmosphere where self-care feels like community-care (and vice versa).
A simple, well-defined way to meet yourself with truth and compassion to relieve stress and grow personal resilience.
The natural counterpart to Truth Telling to communicate with truth and love to relieve stress and grow personal, relational, and community resilience.
A playful practice to wade into the shadowy swamp and emerge feeling full of life, ready take action toward making peace.
Now is not the time to disconnect further into numbness.
The world needs you to BE.
Be peace.
Be love.
Be fully alive.
I realize that is easier said than done right now.
The shifts between feeling like "everything is OK" and "oh wait, it's not" is happening in rapid succession.
That's why I offer "The Seed of Resilience" to everyone I meet. It is a building block for a way of life that isn't fearful of the natural cycles of birth/death/rebirth (figuratively and literally). In fact, it helps you find a way of life that embraces the full range of the human experience and the dynamics therein.
Right now, you're invited to start small and in a familiar place - your mind. Then you can explore Truth Telling, Truth Listening, and Peace Making at your own pace, gradually moving into your body to let your system decompress and your life come into alignment with your inner landscape.
When you're ready, I'm ready to welcome you into an online community to support and be supported by other people who want to connect for Truth Telling, Truth Listening, and Peace Making in ways that bring us together to celebrate our individuality, diversity, our humanity, and our truth and our love.
And if you live in Colorado, I hope to dance with you soon.
